This is a minimal privacy notice for the AUDIOVUE pre-launch waitlist.
We collect this data solely to operate the pre-launch waitlist for AUDIOVUE. You will receive one email when AUDIOVUE launches. No marketing, no newsletters, no third-party sharing.
Processing is based on your consent — you submitted the form with the intent to join the waitlist and receive a launch notification.
Your data is retained until the AUDIOVUE launch date, plus 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted — unless you separately opt into ongoing communications from us.
Your data is stored in Cloudflare D1 (Cloudflare, Inc.), a GDPR-compliant data processor. Cloudflare operates globally, with infrastructure accessible within the EU. See Cloudflare's GDPR commitments .
Bot protection is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-preserving CAPTCHA that does not fingerprint users or set tracking cookies. See Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum .
We set no cookies and use no third-party analytics.
To have your data removed at any time, email support@audiovue.app with subject "remove me". We will delete your record within 48 hours and confirm by reply.
